Attention Homeowners When submitting your design review applications for improvements to your property please remember that any damage done to common property adjacent to your property or the entry easement in front of your house or the side for corner lots (sidewalk, grass/tree), is the responsibility of the homeowner. All homeowners will be held responsible to repair these areas if any damage occurs. If you hire contractors, please make sure they do not have any clauses in their paperwork that doesn't hold them liable for damages they cause to the property. If you have any questions please review the bylaws on the website.
Please remember to water the trees that are in front of your house, and if you have a corner lot, on the side of your house. These trees are part of the neighborhood tree scape plan.It is the responsibility of the homeowner to maintain these trees. If they need to be replaced because of neglect, the homeowner will be responsible for that expense.
Design Application Please remember to submit a design review application for any changes to your property. You need to submit a design review application for anything that you erect, alter or add to your property. You may print out and fax an application found on the secured login page of this website. Please contact one of the board members or review the bylaws for more clarification. It is important that you submit an application prior to beginning work on your home. This will prevent you from incurring any additional costs you may receive by having to remove or alter the work if it doesn't meet the association bylaws.
